Welcome to Adaptoids.com. The Adaptoids.com website (Site) is comprised of various web pages operated by Ba Organics. Ba Organics, LLC aka Adaptoids (“Adaptoids” or the “Company”) is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (Terms). Your use of Adaptoids.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference. Adaptoids.com is an E-commerce Site that provides high-quality supplements made from 2018 Farm Bill approved hemp. These products contain at least 70% certified organic ingredients. These products do not contain tetrahydrocannabinol or THC in any amount. Whole-fruit is defined as the rind, pulp, and juice minus the internal seed parts.
The consumer is responsible for educating themselves and making informed decisions. As with any product, do your research before purchasing. Information on this website is not intended as diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any illness or medical condition. You must be 18 years or older to purchase anything on this website.
All of our products are of a natural source, and nothing SYNTHETIC is used in any of our products. We purchase our ingredients from a variety of vendors who have been using and producing natural substances in a GMP facility for many years. We do not endorse or sell any illegal or dangerous substances on this website - if you find something on our site that you believe is suspect please email info@baorganics.com so we may investigate this. We research our products thoroughly before placing them on this site to ensure our customers get only quality products. We do not sell anything regulated by the Controlled Substances Act.

Electronic Communications

Your account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You acknowledge that Adaptoids is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Adaptoids and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
Ba Organics does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use adaptoids.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.
Shipping Policy
Upon placing an order, we process them in the order they are received. Our goal is to ship all orders within 2 business days (excludes holidays). This includes any shipments that are drop shipped by our various vendors. This policy may be delayed during peak shopping times and may delay your order 1-4 business days from being shipped. If the order is on back order there will be a delay in your purchase, and you will be contacted by a customer service representative if your item becomes no longer available and an immediate refund will be given.
All orders are shipped with tracking information that will be emailed directly to you once the order has been processed. For large orders, insurance and a signature will be required to deliver the item(s). Depending upon the location of your shipment we will utilize USPS, UPS or FEDEX.
Ba Organics can not be held responsible for any import/excise or duties to be paid by you if this is shipping to a country other than the USA. Ba Organics is not responsible and will not issue refunds for any international shipments that are lost or taken by customs.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
We sell various products and we take the quality of them very seriously. Due to the nature of these products, there are limitations to what can be returned. If you are a first time buyer and are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days. We try to be generous with this refund policy, however, there are some exceptions. Products which have been opened and exposed to outside air cannot be restocked and so, return customers may be denied a refund. Orders of 4 or more products are not eligible for a refund as we consider bulk orders to mean you have already tried and are comfortable with the products. On orders that are eligible for a refund, the customer may be required to return the product and must pay for the return shipping. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@baorganics.com.
Ba Organics is not responsible and will not issue refunds for any international shipments that are lost or taken by customs.

Third Party Accounts
You will be able to connect your Ba Organics account to third party accounts. By connecting your Ba Organics account to your third party account, you acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of information about you to others (in accordance with your privacy settings on those third party sites). If you do not want information about you to be shared in this manner, do not use this feature.
International Users
The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Ba Organics from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Ba Organics Content accessed through adaptoids.com in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
Indemnification

Termination/access restriction
Ba Organics reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Washington in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Ba Organics as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Ba Organics’ performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Ba Organics’ right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Ba Organics with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Ba Organics with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Ba Organics with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
Changes to Terms
