Aside from being delicious, I've noticed that this product noticeably eases my mental jitteriness, makes me more focused, and generally creates a subtle sense of calm. The beautifully designed packaging also makes it a joy to grab one of these at the end of the day when I'm ready to wind down, it almost feels like a nice self-care ritual. I've also enjoyed having one before a run or a workout; I just feel more present and in the zone. I would happily recommend these to anyone!

I've had severe knee problems over the years and tried these products. Well, at 70 years old it relieved the soreness and the pain in a short period of time. Actually, my soreness only happens if I over extend myself. Again, GREAT PRODUCTS<
